Default Is that Drone following me?

How often do you look up in the sky unless it is a pretty sunset or bright moon?
I happen to live across the street from a nice City Hall with Police Station and a lake . Last week I woke up in the middle of the night and looked outside to check weather, I guess. I noticed drones flying around in the sky. I thought 2a.m. was a strange time but i guess if you want to grow up and fly drones you have to practice. Tonight was another full moon earlier in the evening and lot more drones. And now , 4 hrs later, a few still out there in the sky. So now I am wondering if it is the police dept practicing or just "droners" taking advantage of a clear sky. Last week it looked like they were practicing making a red heart so perhaps a business start-up for Valentines Day or wedding proposals.
Or maybe they are telling me it is time to go to WDW cause they miss me. Disney can trace me using that magic band and they are sending out the troops.
....What do you think? Got drones?
P.S> I am moving next month so I will let you know if they are following me!

Ooooooooh, hmmm. Seeing drones as "commonplace" around my home would really bug me. It is bad enough dealing with them at "events."

We were out on the main highway in my town, at an intersection, when we noticed drones flying around not too long ago. And we're near an airport... do they have certain restrictions on height and what time or anything?

My son has a drone which I had to register in my name with FAA and pay a small fee. In last yr software upgrade, drone can not go near airport, military bases and some other sensitive area. It gives you warnings. Height is also restricted in some area.

I thought some where going to collide with each other.

I live within flight paths of Fort Worth Alliance Airport (military and cargo) and DFW(American Air) and SouthWest Love Airport.
