Default FOP 3d glasses type?

I was super excited to finally ride flight of passage a couple of weeks ago, only to feel totally taken out of it because the 3d wasn't very sharp for me. I feel like the only thing I can do other than not bothering with the 3d rides is try to get some nicer glasses from an online store.

Does anybody take their own 3d glasses to the parks (total nerd move, I know)? I'm reading that you would need different types for different rides, but I can't find a breakdown. I want to make sure I buy the right kind.

Oh, cool -- thanks for that list, JaxFLBear.

So how about the FerryTale Fireworks? ;-)

So we tried some circular-polarized glasses that were well reviewed at the Disney Pixar short film festival. Didn't work. Has anybody had success with a particular type of glasses and ride?
