Haha.. yeah, naps are always a challenge here, too. Was she finally able to?

She's being really tough. She was way off that first day/night because of the anesthesia, but she's since returned to normal. She will be castes for 6 weeks. He said it only usually takes 1-2 more weeks for her to have normal function in the arm again. Kids bounce back faster than adults. He said it'll depend on how quickly she is able to do things again.

6 weeks? That's amazing! She sounds like such a tough kid. That time will go by before she knows it, especially with some of that time spent in Disneyland and then, Thanksgiving holidays when I would imagine it means plenty of entertainment and distractions from family members.
