I wasn't all that worried, a tad yes. I really think now, that they ROFR to increase inventory levels or match waitlists. I don't think there was much they could do with this one due to only 75 points. Of course I do think that OKW is a different animal completely, but with the classics and BLT I truly believe it is about inventory.

Fidelity is the best, I cant say enough about them.
100 points at $65/point. Buyer and seller split closing costs. Buyer paid Fidelity fee.

0 2013 points. 100 2014 points.

Okay- We are at $62 p.p. with the banks points. Got me a tad bit worried, but they really haven't taken much AKV. I've seen some go as low as 58 pp.

If we dont make it wont be a big deal, the fall is coming, followed by maintenance fees so that always spurs peolple to sell.

Fall seem like a good time to scoop up loaded contracts.

I'm thinking the same thing. We have 2 contracts with Disney right now but if Disney ROFR's either we'll probably back off and wait till the fall.
