I am so glad you started this thread.
I logged in this morning to book our Dec flights and the calendar didn't go out that far (but our Sept Flights had gone down for the trip to MCO, so I did get those rebooked). I saw your thread and went back and our Dec dates were there and still had reasonable cost.

I love MO!

Has anyone tried Non Stop into tampa? I'd try that and rent a car and drive to WDW.

We were also shocked at the prices. We normally pay about $125 per leg, but it was more than twice that for Thanksgiving week! Some legs were sold out for the "wanna get away" price, but not the more expensive options.

We looked at flying from Atlanta instead of Birmingham, and it was closer to $175. So we saved over $600 by driving a couple of hours each way (we actually got a hotel the night before we leave, and they are providing parking for the week!)

Same issue here. We ended up booking our flight back on SW for $120 a piece, which isn't too bad. But I am NOT spending $500+ a piece for a flight down. I'm going to wait a bit. If it doesn't change, Frontier here we come!

We got ours early this morning and an hour later sold out for return on Saturday, points were way to high and very unlikely to come down as they sold out..blew out my points luckily got two tickets and a companion.
