Yes! Hahahaha so true. They aren’t “bad” but they aren’t “good” either. Some agents are fab, but it changed every time you call.

Also, we get 2% extra rebate for executive member so it really adds up. I’m experienced enough and like planning myself, so the 8% plus 2% plus 10% back from disney really adds up. When we add in our 10% off gift cards using BJs, a Disney Cruise is ALMOST affordable!
