Have fun! I am the planner in our group, thanks to my experience with DVD.

I love this

Cool! I'll look forward to that. Also, random thought - if you are up for another Branson visit sometime, perhaps we could meet up there one day. Wouldn't that be ironic??? MouseOwners meet in Missouri... come one, come all.

Iím up for it! MOís can have a meet anywhere!
Iíd love to go now, but DH is having back problems. Until we see the neurosurgeon and get a plan of action, he canít make trips like that. Too many hills up there! Weíre going to take a short trip next weekend to a B & B in Texas. Going to do a little antiquing and just relax...

Hope the hubby is feeling better soon! He needs to get better, to get back to WDW, to buy me that beer!

I hope his recovery is going well.

Branson looks like a fun town. I got in late Sunday night and spent yesterday riding around town, making the grocery run and working on the LEGO book. Oh and booking a massage for today. So Iím currently hanging out in sauna waiting for massage time. These working sure are rough.

And of course Iíve made time for a little November planning! Latest plan is we will spend two weeks in Orlando, taking DD out of school the week before thanksgiving. The way OK schools work, she will only miss 4 school days for those two weeks. And since some % of kids will be out that week (first week of hunting season) anyway, her school is fine with her making up her work due to family reunion.

And Iíve talked DH into it, which was a bigger hurdle than arranging absence with the school for DD. So now the plan is to drive to Orlando on Sat/Sun, 5 nights at poly (including one Christmas party night at MK plus a day at AK and maybe either studios (if SWGE open) or Epcot just because. That Friday we will move to rental house and family starts arriving Saturday. I went ahead and picked up 2-day legoland tickets for us plus 3 extra for niece/nephews after talking to one SiL. Tomorrow night Iíll talk to other SiL and find out if she wants to do WDW or Lego or both with her kids. Iíll have an AP for WDW so I do either with them. ThisSiL is rather independent and may prefer to make her own plans.

So overall itís coming along nicely. The one minor challenge has been booking poly on DVC member site. My computer keeps hanging & not finishing the reservation. I may call member services this afternoon to get that booked and off my list.

Well, I guess others are hoping SWGE opens in November! Otherwise, Thanksgiving week is going to be even busier than I think (dread) as I could only find 3 nights at Poly for a studio the week before Thanksgiving. I booked those three nights and will look again at 7 months to see if maybe a BLT or wilderness lodge one bedroom opens up. But better to book something then hope to change than not book is what I'm thinking.

OTOH, DH said he'd be fine if we just get the rental house for the extra nights so we don't have to move. Have I mentioned he really doesn't like split stays???
