Default Hallowishes

So not disappointed.
But I would have thought the fireworks for the Halloween party would use the new projections.

Still same soundtrack and same spotlight projection. The ghost, eyes, etc.

Like I said. Not disappointed just wishing that it was updated.

From the new video that the Disney Food Blog put out after Friday night's show, it seems that the party is more about the 360-degree fireworks display (which is great when viewed from TOTWL) and not so much about projections.
I'm sure a change will come..

I agree. It's awesome but I think in the next few years they'll go big with the projections

Yes....but they always do the 360 on event or special ticket nights.

I like the shows better that didn't rely so much on the castle projections. HEA is a MAD HOUSE to see. You lose a lot if you're not in front of the castle and most every other guest thinks so too. Other shows seemed to spread people out more.

This is the main reason I’m paying for the dessert party this fall. With HEA, there are far fewer places to really experience the whole show. With Wishes and the Christmas show, it’s easier to find a good viewing spot. The castle projections are nice, but not necessarily “magical” IMHO.

From your previous post....just curious , did you go with a ticket?

Only asking because I couldn’t tell if you were going to be a rebel or not!

Hallowishes is my favorite event at Disney!

Wife is a school teacher and she is committed so will not take off a week during the school year. Wish we could land there for it more often!

Totally agree. Wishes or holiday fireworks at Cali grill or towl is worth watching. Now the projections have to be on main Street.

But now that HEA is here and amazing. I can't wait to see what they do with them in the future during special events.
