Default Want to rent a pontoon boat at GF on Monday 6/3/19?

We want to rent a pontoon boat from the Grand Floridian on Monday, June 3. We are open to any time during the day. The pontoon holds 10 people and we are a party of four (Ages 16+). The fee is $45 per half hour ($45 per 30 minutes). Is anyone interested in going in with us and paying for the second half hour? Id also love to have a captain because I have not driven a boat in a LONG time! I've read some reviews and people say you can pack snack to take on board...I'm thinking a little pontoon ride and some snacks sounds fun!!

Hmmm... depends. I need to chat with the family an see. We're doing an Illuminations Cruise the night before but at BLT until the 7th. We're a party of 4 (DH, myself, good friend, and son age 11)

That said driving a pontoon boat is super easy. That's how I learned to drive a boat. Docking is more difficult, but they'll be there to help if we cannot join (life long power boater here).

We liked the 2 seater boats that you can rent at BLT, Im sure they must be at GF also. It was one of the highlights of our trip. They go pretty fast. Id pick those over the pontoon, especially for the ages in your party.

Oh, I had a blast in those mouseboats.

Tip, don't go late in afternoon around 3-4 p.m., because you may hit the daily thundershowers.

So I looked at the calendar and that's the same day as the TL AP event. So not sure we will be able to do a boat that day. If other days are free let me know.

Those are a ton of fun! I cannot wait for my kid to be able to drive one of those.
