It looks perfect. We are going to replace the flooring and vanity in the kids bathroom. It currently has the one piece tub and wall surround arrangement. Its in good shape but since we are doing the other work I keep thinking we should replace the tub and tile the walls. Need a tutorial video.......

Oh no!!!
Another WEEK to cast his arm? Dang. When DD broke her arm falling off the horse, I think she had pins in it within a week, and that was after it was in a cast for a few days and shifted. Heck, I want to say they casted it in the ER, the ortho liked how it looked and then wanted to wait and make sure it didn't shift... which it did...

Funny that they don't cast a broken humerus.

Are they both right handed?
When we were in the ER it was too swollen to cast.....which happens a lot....and they were concerned if they casted it and it started swelling more we would not be able to get back to the ER or clinic to get it off because of the Blizzard.

Today the MD was happy with how his arm looked.....i was shocked he would not put a cast on.....he wants it to heal a little more before taking the splint off.

I wish they would cast a humerus.....her arm is so unprotected.

They are both right handed......so DS14 is having a hard time with school not DD10

You live too far away. Going to need tiling!

Dave! Tell G I bought a pair of new glasses for warm hugs. Riedel.
We were tempted.... Ok, I was tempted to do the Riedel wine tasting on board that you and Dan did. Guess we'll have to settle for the kzoo version of the class

And there were plenty of warm hugs to be had on the cruise, too!

Evening chatty friends!

Nancy...i hope I have that right....I am looking for another job...figuring I'd have a hard time getting a work permit crossing the border.

Amy, seems counterintuitive to not cast a broken bone. And for a kid, it isn't easy to sit still and let it heal.

Dave, pics of the house. Does it still look like a giant box?

Jeff, sorry for the track drama....why do people do that?

Let's keep the party going! Happy Birthday Mike!

Pam, I hope travel south was uneventful. Safe travels tomorrow!

Dan, that is great tiling...I have a couple bathrooms to do ...you probably would have a hard time getting a work permit.

Patty, sorry about the networking. I tend to find people for my BIL.

Jimmy, how is the trench?

Hi Karl, Brian and anyone else I missed.

Thanks, Kelly. We made it down state without a hitch. Didn't leave home until just after 6p, dropped the dog off to MIL downstate and drove to the airport to spend the night so we don't have to battle rush hour traffic in the morning. Free breakfast, get the car to the lot across the street and shuttle to the airport. Easy Peasy. But almost 4 hours in the car to get here.....

Ugh....UofM lost by one point! Bummer.

Amy - sorry about all of the ortho- appointments this week.

Jeff - sorry about the track drama. Been there, done that. Good for you to stand up for what's right.

Dan - nice tile work! I have some tile work that needs to be done....sounds like you could be kept busy just with chatty friends!!

DH said on the way down that it seems weird to be going to Florida, but not to Disney. We both agreed we would miss it!
