Default Odd occurrence

So for our trip in January one member of our party doesn’t properly load when it comes to ordering magic bands. She is on reservation and we have fast passes booked but it says temporarily failed to load guest on this screen and then won’t let us proceed past there to order anyone’s magic bands. Has anyone seen this before?

Yesterday I was ordering MB's and wow was the system a mess. I finally got things to work when I used Edge instead of Chrome.

I hope they will go back to letting us decline magic bands again. We each already have one.

You can, but you have to go into the Online Checkin section to find the button that lets you do it.

I agree. My family has a ton of MBs and don’t need more.

I declined magic bands for DH and I for our trip the week before thanksgiving. Well, not only did they send us both gray ones, they arrived to our mail box on the 2nd day of our trip.

When did that change? We were just there 2 weeks ago and I did not get new bands. Somehow I must have been able to decline them.

We were not able to decline for April and October trips this year. Not an option, and even calling CS was no nice.

We don't generally do OLCI, but I may have to for just this reason.
