Agreed. I ended up making my own DIY chart to keep track of what resorts were available & the amount of points. I really hope they revamp the online system AND create an app!

I also don't like the new changes. One of my biggest gripes is that if I search for a studio for 2 nights, and only one room type is available for both nights, I cannot see if the other type has 1 or no nights available unless I click that "View Other Rooms" button. Just show all the rooms!!! Don't make me click to see them. I like combining the booking tool and the RAT tool, but there is still work to be done on this site. Another thing that someone mentioned earlier is that it is so SLOW! Also, having to start from scratch is absolutely infuriating any time I'm trying to change something. I find that using a 3rd party site to check availability has been better than the new RAT, which is sad. Yes, it may not be accurate in real time, but it gives a better overview than the DVC site. I know any time there is a new site, they will need to tweak it to see what people like and don't like, so I am hopeful (maybe naively so) that they will work on it.

Why can I no longer check availability at Hilton Head, not one of my Home Resorts and not one of the WDW resorts?

I cannot click in the box for Hilton Head. to select it.

I have been having the same problem the last few days. It won't let me select any of the non-WDW resorts. It sometimes lets me select one of them if I click around a bunch of times, but not usually. Since I wasn't actually looking to book a trip, but more just curious about availability at a given time I gave up.

Your pretending like there weren't problems all the time with the Disney websites before that.

I set up several alerts with a 3rd party also. Never used them before, so we’ll see how this goes.
