Default SOLD OUT! Did anyone Adopt a Banshee on Pandora?

We went to the preview last Sunday and had an awesome time!

As we exited FOP into the gift shop, I noticed the corner of the store was very busy. It was the Banshee Rookery, where you can bond and adopt a Banshee.

My sisters and I all picked out our Banshees and learned to bond and care for them to take home.
They are pretty little neat animatronics and all ages, were lined up to pick out their Banshee.
Now I just have to pick out a name for mine. My sister named hers Dora
I know it's just a toy but I love how they perch on the shoulder and you can control with the leash.

I am hoping to connect with other Banshee parents and share
It's like the 80's Cabbage Patch I never had

Now I feel like the stroller lady

The "adoption fee" is $49.95 and I think it may be tax deductible. (on Pandora)

In my defense, it was Mother's Day!

No, No.....didn't mean to insinuate that! I was just thinking that it was smart of Disney to get with the emotions of the entire theme. Kind of like Universal having wands at Harry Potter.

I know you did not

Just having fun and you are right, because as grown Women, we really wanted a Banshee!!
My sister took hers home (she's in Mi too!) and she said her and Dora drank wine and watched Scandal. They also watched Avatar, AGAIN!!
She's a huge Avatar fan and it was fun to spend the afternoon there!

The Rookery adoptions were extremely popular and they could not keep them on the Perch!

Well, I'm there in a few weeks, and have a shiny new gift card of $50 that is waiting to be used. Guess what I'm using it for!!! (The idea of having wine with a Banshee did me in!!!)

This was my first thought! Much too much for my blood but I don't see using it anywhere at home!
