Default Disney YES tickets

Does anyone have information on how the YES tickets work. This summer, if everyone goes, we will have 7 college aged kids. If I can get 3 more kids, would the 10 plus their families qualify for the youth education discount program tickets?
My kids used to do the education series every year, and they loved it (as did I). In fact we kept doing it even after getting AP's, - we stopped because it got too expensive as we had AP's and still had to purchase a park ticket through the education center.

There is not a YES program for college age adults. (over 18 are no longer kids)

Found this on Allears.

Youth Education Series

YES has been a Disney program that provides educational classes in the parks for kids during certain months of the year (usually January, February, June, July, August, September and October). A side benefit to participating in YES classes has been that you can purchase discounted park tickets. However, this program seems to have been discontinued.

Seems to still be alive.

nevertheless, it is geared for high school and younger.

For college, they have the college program.

I believe the INDIVIDUAL enrollment YES programs have been discontinued but the 10+ group offerings remain. I also think they are for high school and younger.

I guess I am thinking about the college program, where it appears if you have 10 or more kids, they and their group qualify for the discount tickets. Do they have to be an official group? If I have 10 college aged kids, can I request an education experience and recieve tickets for my group?

I think you're confusing 2 things at this point. The college program isn't a YES type thing at all. It's working at Disney. The classes are for younger kids only.
