Woman wearing nothing but a rain Poncho and underwear
Yes, that is what I saw. We are here this week and we sat in the parking lot of DHS and got some great pictures of the storm around us last night. We were parked in the front lot and just in front of Tower of Terror so with the lightning it was pretty cool to watch. We decided once the rain let up and the storm passed we would head into DHS. So as we were walking to the entrance I happened to look to my left and just as I did a gust of wind flew up and a women was standing at her car with one of the Disney semi clear ponchos on. The wind caught it and it blew up and I could see more than I would have ever thought. She had nothing on but her panties. No bra no shirt nothing but, her underwear. I understand about being soaked but, to be like that in the parking lot of DHS with everyone trying to leave. Not something I thought I would be seeing last night.

Clearly we have a theme of Disney exhibitionism this summer!
It could have been a little more innocent, though. Perhaps he clothes were soaked and she did change into just her poncho for comfort. I've seen plenty of people change out of the wetsuits into regular clothes in the parking lot at Sunset Beach in San Francisco, male and female. Fortunately for me, surfers can usually pull off the look.  (I certainly hope for the sake of this conversation we never get a drooling smiley!)Dirk
